A downloadable tool for Windows
A semi-controllable, semi-functional randomization tool for corrupting your mp3 files to sound as though they've been burned onto a damaged CD-ROM.
It's probably bigger and less efficient than it should be.

***** TIPS *****
- Aim small! Smaller damage points result in more believable output.
- Be Patient! Longer songs and bigger numbers in the settings will take longer (several minutes) to generate.
- Enable the overlap! I think it's more fun.

Install instructions
ffmpeg and ffprobe are required for this to work. Their executable files can be placed either in the same directory as SKIPPER '25 or in your Windows PATH.
